I get like that @Bubbles3, that way today.Its a feeling that is terrifying and quite a definite statement to me.I fell from life 5 years ago with anxiety and depression which took me on a downhill skiing slope run with unemployment and shame,alienation,lost of sense of community,belonging ,acceptance etc due to my struggle with my self.I have to avoid people I know,can't handle being put in a position of explaining myself,very private,and so bitter at times about my life want to be left alone.I also feel that way because I look at old people like today and I don't want to get old.
My main problem today was going shopping, avoiding aisles because people I knew from work were in them I felt suffocated and had to escape ASAP to avoid confrontation.However I know this form of isolation and fleeing is feeding my thoughts like your statement.

Just been doing things around the house. Sort of. Well nothing really. I feel like a bad mum and wife.
