I have literally ruined everything i cant take this anymore nothing is working and i honestly dont want to keep doing this all the time i just i want to scream but i cant and i cant take this anymore i want to hurt myself that is all i can think about.

not at the moment i have no one to talk to and helplines dont help i have had too many bad experiences with those

@Sans911 thanks. i cant cry i tried but the tears wont come out. i have ruined everything because i ate and i wasnt supposed to and also there are other things that are hard to explain. i am also scared as i may be going to hospital again soon.
