I love what I have learnt in some tools I use to lower my distress. Usually I ground myself I have a turtle bracelet I hold and stare at. My colour is blue and sea green. Ocean colours soothe me. The five senses in sensory stimuli affects you and how you can feel. I learnt. I had a sensory assessment done. Very useful. Mine was I had to be around colour probsbly the artist in me. Lol!

I too like to be around colourful things and colour is important to me. It keeps me from feeling dark. My fav colours are all types of blue. But it changes. Im into fluro yellow at the moment? I saw it in an artwork and became captivated by it. I like to draw and paint. Starting to get back into it. Too many colours to choose from and one of my internal audio voices is an art critic so its kind of a 'fun' battle negotiating what colours we can use in my works. Blue is allowed. As long as everything else is harmonious then things should be fine.

I think sky blue is also awesome. All varities of blue are my favourite. Although i am really into fluro yellow at the moment.
