Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

that's quite tough @Lee82
could you speak to your psychiatrist and ask if you could try 2?
im aware they may be concerned for your safety atm so maybe you could ask if you could just get a 2/3 day refill so that its more controlled? maybe that's an option for an increase?

I feel sick with worry @outlander .. Its happening all over again. I want to run away and hide. 😳 Two people I care about, a lot, are hurting very badly right now. I HATE CONFLICT !!!!! And I hate seeing people hurt. I dont know what to do, and I keep looking and rereading to try to convince myself it wasnt anything I said. I dont know. So hard.

I cant see anything wrong with yours or others who have posted there. I guess its the way that members interpreted things as well esp being in a fragile state however some their comments were quite harsh when others were only trying to help.
Hopefully theyll both check in soon.

I feel really awful, and cant stop crying. Im worried about them both. And I guess it also takes me back to a month ago when I was in a really bad place also related to conflict.

The mods were onto it pretty quickly all day @Former-Member even if not accepting of help by certain people but they are there. Im hoping the other members are also getting support thats why i thought id also check up on you.
