Re: not coping

Sitting beside you @outlander holding the virtual tissue box. Feel free to express whatever you need to my friend. Say anything, or nothing. I'm listening.

I bet your foot must be causing a lot of pain with all the walking you've done too. Hugs!

Re: not coping

@outlander Can you rest your foot in a warm bath or shower, or just a warm basin of water. Epsom salts is good for pain. Moving around might just annoy the injury. Take some deep breath it helps to relax. Sit in a straight backed chair and breath deeply.

Re: not coping

@outlander,just overwrought.Your foot sounds the same as me,if I'm on mine too long it used to get agitated. You do need to elevate it so if you are sitting on a chair prop it on another.

Re: not coping

thank you @Queenie

i dont really know what to say. im just struggling with her being gone. i never want to watch what i did today. i wouldnt wish that on anyone no matter how old they are.

and yeah my foots causing me quite alot and its now affecting the entire foot not jsut my ankle. its my whole foot i can hardly distiguish which parts worse atm including my toes and it runs right up into my calf and knee and well as my hip flexor

im worried the pain meds are masking the true pain but atm ill take a little bit of relief

Re: not coping

i was th shower for an hour, but since i was little they cant work it out yet but if im in the water too long including normal tap water i come out extremely itchy and need to take antihistamines and things to stop it. so i try not to be in water too much except for showers.

i know i agree, im really trying not to move around to much but im so figety its ahrd to sit still
