Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Thanks @Anastasia i hope your day was ok even though it was busy?
Little better physically. Ivw only needed one dose of pain releief (about to be 2) but its better then every 4 hrs. Mentally going down abit more. Think ill finish watchint this episode and then head to bed.

It hasn't been the best of weeks with too much going on and I feel as though I am drowning. As a result I have found myslef asleep on the couch as soon as I lay down at nights. So to avoid not getting to say hello properly I am messaging you now. I do hope you are ok? Have things improved hun? Always think of you x

thats ok id much rather you been sleeping. id love to be sleeping too.
having abit of a crappy arvo. i havent done anything except drop the kids home but my headaches have worsened a few hrs ago. i forgot i was out of pain relief but i dont want to drive anymore atm.
hoping that today might have been ok for you

I am so sorry you are having a crappy afternoon. Is there someone that could get them for you? When do you go ack to Dr hun? I really want for you to be rid of these dreaded headaches. I used to suffer and I know how debilitating they can be. I am sending you healing vibes thru the computer in the hope it helps hun. xox
