Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

I don't see the carers forum and lived experience forum as seperate, them and us type thing. I genuinely care about so many here and never pay any attention about which side of the fence we are on. I just don't talk about my own demons often. That's just me. I feel like there are people with more problems than me and don't want to vent my problems. Hope that make sense x

im much the same @Anastasia there might be 2 'sides' but everyones human and is welcome anywhere they like.
everyone has their own problems but that is what makes people more empathietic and understanding here. your problems are just as important as everyone else, its not about who has more etc if its affecting you then and your ok to talk about it then we are happy to listen talk share experiences or whatever you might need
