Morning all @jem80 @outlander @Anastasia @Eve7 @NatureLover and anyone else around.

@outlander hope you get the all clear from the doctors today

@jem80 glad your delivery came last night, will be looking forward to hearing all about your cooking adventures!

@Eve7 thanks for understanding the memory fog, I too am very embarrassed about it and feel like I am a step behind on here.

@Anastasia @NatureLover hoping got some sleep last night and today is going well so far.

Re: not coping

Thank you @Snowie

I feel like I am a step behind too as I can often jump in but not for long enough to necessarily scroll back to see where everyone is at so I click on thumbs up to show support but don't leave a comment. I hope it doesn't come across as uncaring. When I do have more time I always scroll back and then realise that a thumbs up was really not enough for what the person is going through. I am always thinking of you all and wish for all of us for better days. Hope @outlander gets the answers today from her Dr. Sending love to you too @Eve7 and sending you a big hug for this difficult time x grocery deliveries are the best aren't they @jem80 , I've just started with click and collect it saves me so much time and there's no impulse buys so I save money too. Plus I'm more organised as I plan the meals for the week. Something that had gone by the wayside for sometime now. I should write that down as progress! Hadn't really thought if it that way lol. My therapist wants me to focus on the good so I'll add that to my list. Hope you all have a lovely day. I'm grateful for you all ❤️

@Anastasia

I love receiving my thumbs up, it's another way to know that you have read the post. It's ok if you feel like you just want to do a thumbs up and not leave any messages.

Good to hear that you are doing click and collect and are saving money. That's fantastic that you plan your meals, I find that helpful too. sending you hugs and love

Thinking of @outlander and hope your day is going well. sending you hugs and love

@Eve7 sending you hugs and love

Re: not coping

@Anastasia

I can understand the not jumping in for long enough but I think we have to remember to put our own mental health first. Yes we are here to support each other and help each other but we cannot do that if we don't help ourselves first. I learnt quite awhile ago that to help others, I need to put my own needs first.

The support button is a great way of showing support, letting members know you are hearing them, but at the same time looking after ourselves. I am sure other members can understand the need for you to put your own needs before the collective group.

You certainly do not come across as uncaring, you come across as a supportive, caring and a considerate person who is going through their own daily struggles and mental health issues. I applaud you for looking after yourself fiirst, something I need to focus more on.

I hope your day goes well and that there is some sunshine in it.

Lots of love and hugs 💕💕

Re: not coping

Hi @outlander

Happy to hear you got the all clear in regards to fracture and bl**ding.

Sorry to hear you have a concussion but at least that explains the symptoms the last few days.

I read your post on the Away times and can understand the need to limit your time here. You need to look after yourself first sis.

Take care and please remember that I will still be thinking of you often and will still be with you even when you are not here 💕💕

Re: not coping

thanks @Snowie
i will still be around, theres no way i can be away for days without virutal cuppas with you all! basically if things worsen a headache or can feel a headache starting to come on then just need to step away.
its a nice day here so itll be nice to go and feed the horses. the kids will be doing most of the work so it wont be straining for me to much.

Re: not coping

@outlander thank you for letting us know. That is good news but please make sure you do as Dr says to recover x

@Snowie thank you for understanding and your kind words. I just keep crying of late. I just had a therapist call and she has helped set some goals up so I have some work ahead of me implementing them as I have been so lazy for so long. My boys out enjoying his day with loved ones so for that I am truly grateful. Love to all ❤️
