Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Im laying in bed @Emelia8 was trying to sleep but pops decided to have a shave and my bedroom is right next to the bathroom so the tapping etc echos.
My head and stomach are keeping me up but otc pain relief doesnt help so i wont take anymore. Hard to sleep even though i feel so so tired and lethargic. Just need to get through tonight and get to drs tomorrow.

It must be so exhausting being sick all the time @outlander 😕

Is this partly to do with the hit to the head yesterday, do you think? Or just the usual that youve been dealing with for so long? Is your Dr appointment early or late tomorrow?

The hit on the head definently has abit of blame on it @Emelia8 i was unwell before but it feels like a weird unwell now. im struggling to not vomit at this point too. But i have alot of headaches and pressure in my head esp when laying down and super lethargic (different feeling to usual tiredness) which then makes it worse.

My appt is early, basically first up at 845am thankfully.

The swelling gone down @Lee82 but still quite a large bit has that bruised sorta feeling.

Are you both going okish?

Doesnt sound great @outlander and could very well be some concussion involvement. Glad your apt is early tomorrow.

I'm been thrown into a bit of a tizz late this arvo actually. Got a phonecall at 5.30pm tonight from an Occupational Therapist who wants to come here in the morning at 10.30am to do a home assessment. No idea what to expect.

Mmm I agree with @Emelia8 doesn't sound too good hun. Do you think maybe calling the ambulance just to check you out would be ok? I'm no doctor but isn't not so good to go to sleep if you have a concussion.

If its the same assessment my nan had for her/this house its to assess what could be installed for safety and better assessability. So for us we had some railings put in the shower and next to the toilet as well as getting a shower chair. We also had a ramp put in as we hae stairs outside and leading to the front door-that was made into a ramp.
Theres heaps they can do though like the electric lounges and beds. @Emelia8
