Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

I hear your frustrations with not been able to have dairy. Keep going at it. Please be patient with yourself as it is a big adjustment. I have a few allergies myself. It took me a long time and a lot of patience not to touch certain products. I know what it's like having to read labels at the supermarket.

I always feel disappointed when I am not able to buy something because it has a particular thing in it.

I have found other products that I can use, and in a way I feel special because I feel like those products are made just for me

Changing your lifestyle is challenging and there are some trips and falls before stablising into a routine of what you can have.

Keep at it and sending you hugs during this challenging time
