Re: not coping

I’m so glad you’ve got your horse @outlander . Nothing like the love from an animal.

Thats a good bit on tomorrow @outlander, kids till midnight, plus pop. It’s tough.

I’ll say good night. My concentration is fading, typing getting slower. Lol. I’m a one finger typewriter 😂😂

Goodnight @outlander 🥰🥰🥰

Hi Bella

@outlander

Substitute milks can help. Its amazing how we find out about intolerance to casein where advertising overstated the goodness of that glass of milk ... my son is a bit sensitive but nothing like wrecked stomach lining.

Thanks @Appleblossom sorry your sons abit sensitive to it. Hopefully it doesnt get worse for him though.

Hope that your going ok too ❤

Re: not coping

Hi @outlander ...I agree with @Lee82 that oat milk tastes the best in tea and coffee, but not many cafes use it. All the cafes have soy though, so I have soy in coffees when I'm out. Plus I find soy is better for cooking with, so I get both oat and soy. I also get rice milk as it's really sweet, even the unsweetened one, and I like drinking it in a glass, especially in summer. Probably too sweet for your needs though.

I'm glad your heart horse knows you are her owner 🙂

Thinking of you and wishing you good luck today when grocery shopping...I hope you're not too overwhelmed and can find suitable things to get. It's a steep learning curve, all right...
