Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

I think sometimes @outlander the more trauma and adversity that some go through makes you more empathic, caring and thoughtful.

I'm alright today. Tired though as it wasn't a great night for sleep. I had a nap about an hour ago.

I did have my support worker here today. I also saw my gp this morning. She thinks might headaches I've been getting are possible trapped nerves in my neck from stress/tension. She's referring me to physio.

Evening @Former-Member. You haven't said much to me lately. I miss that. I know you are struggling with being here too and other stuff happening off-line.

Evening also my lovely sister @Snowie. I hope you are doing as OK as you can be.

Spoke to pdoc today. ECT number 11 tomorrow, and number 12 on Monday.

Then I get to go home Monday afternoon. Will have to have more ECT sessions but can do them as an out-patient.

It will end up being almost 6 weeks in hospital.

that is true @Sans911 that's probably the only good thing to come from trauma.

oh gosh I have had a trapped nerve in my neck. I have to see the chiro frequently for it otherwise I constantly have migraines. I hadn't even thought of it tbh. I really hope the physio can help you with it.

Yes it's been a long admission for you hun @Snowie. It can't of been easy for you being away from home, the kids, Izzy (I hope she showers you with lots of slobbery, doggy kisses). You've had a lot of ECT. Has it had any adverse effects on your memory, cognition at all?
