Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

no I don't think its a good idea atm. @Lee82 just keeping myself safe for now.
not feeling too great and have already thrown up tonight and nearly had to pull over on the freeway because I thought I was going to throw up again. a larger glass of water set it off 😞

im not sure if I have to ring the specialist since vomiting wasn't happening before. ill see how I go maybe I just overate with the bit of desert I had after I had a sandwhich for dinner. might be a little better tomorrow.

yeah im at home now, had a shower to get cleaned up. tired but I know I wont go to sleep yet so have put everyone loves Raymond.
I need a drink to wash the yuck out but im to scared to incase it happens again since the water seemed to be the final straw and also shivering from beng cold added to it.

Perhaps just very little sips of water @outlander for now and I think maybe you should let the specialist know about your vomiting. It may be nothing but it may be something. You won't know unless you ask and there is no harm in asking. Maybe call tomorrow hun

yeah I might ring tomorrow @Lee82 but I do have another appointment with him next week to get all the test results back in so I might just see how it goes. he did say everything at this point is relevant and to write it down till I speak with him.
