not coping

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

d2 sounds very much like me. always hibernating in the bedroom as a kid. its abit different now because I live with pop but id still rather be in my own space.

maybe take a pain killer and rest for abit, hopefully will ease abit.

not to sure if theres really anything to talk about. its just the usual :pile_of_poo: and trying to manage it but not being very successful at it atm

I don't mind so much at the moment that she still doing as I can't cope with much at the moment. But I worry outlander she is 27, only really has online friends and none in the same state as us with the bulk overseas. I worry that she will be alone forever and I don't want that for her.

I hope the pain killer works for my friend and I hear you about the same 🧻(don't have the pop emoji) I seem to be getting worse at dealing. 😞 I really hope you can rest my friend. @outlander

yeah I am hearing you. I don't have friends either. not even in other states etc, I just generally don't have them. I know a lot of people so I still talk but usually they only interact with me when they want their horses looked after, if they don't want anything I barely get a second look.
my friends are the ones that I have here.

the painkiller was for you for your headache 😏 I think ive plenty of that stuff lately, don't even want to take it anymore so I just deal with it.

have you heard much about workcover yet?

I should wear my glasses 🤓 then I might be able to read your message correctly 😂 I can't have anything at the moment because if other meds have to wait a while. Well that sucks if those people, I can't imagine you not having friends irl, you such a wonderful person.

I am not dealing with any of that at the moment, I have anxiety attacks every time I see their number pop up. So I am not sure if Sean has already called them or not.

D2 doesn't work. About six years ago she was at a cheer and dance competition in Hong Kong and dislocated her knee, when it came back in it did so with such force it has put little cracks all through her knee cap. Can't sit stand squat or walk for to long.

you can borrow my glasses if you like, they are a lite glittery pink. ive had the same glasses since yr 8 (just the actual lens get changed 😏)

that's tricky isn't it, sometimes we really wanna know but also cant bring ourselves to answer the phone. maybe Sean will answer the next time they ring or you could ask him to ring them and find out?

oh im sorry to hear about D2's injury, that would really make things difficult
