Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Not doing much at all @outlander

Was having a bit of a meltdown earlier. But I got a birthday call from my brother a little while ago. Had a long chat wirh him, plus my sil and two nephews. That was nice.

Just feeling really wrung out from the past week of near constant nightmares and flashbacks. As per my Worry Thread post earlier. Been lots of triggers lately, and feeling very alone with my battles.

Really missed my forum family during my long 9 days away. @Sans911 @outlander @Snowie @Lee82 @NatureLover @Zoe7 @Former-Member @Bunniekins @eth etc

I would have been back earlier, but when I tried on Wednesday, I was turned off by all the very obvious 'discord' ( @Faith-and-Hope word I think 😀 ) going on around lots of threads. Since that was the main cause of me being forced to take a break, I couldnt face it all over again.

When I came on this morning though, the coast seemed clear for now, so I felt safe to come back. I did email CMs 3 times during the week. It certainly was not a place I felt comfortable coming to for a while though.

I missed you all very much, and have strugged a lot.

It was my word @Former-Member. It hasn't been an easy place to be for some time now. You are not the only one staying away from the forums due to this reason. I also wanted to do so, but I stayed for @outlander mostly, who needed support for herself but also needed help with some members. I didn't feel right leaving. But we all have to make a personal choice as to what our level of comfort is. You were very much missed, but I am glad you came back. There has been a little bit of calmer waters in the last few days. Zoe and outlander have sent emails, and I will likely follow up with one this weekend.

Lovely to see you back here again @Former-Member . I'm sorry things have been a little too full on here for you which meant you couldn't get the support you needed from your friends on the forum.

The mods are doing lots of stuff behind the scenes with others concerned 👍🙏 @Sans911 @Former-Member they cant say what etc but wanted you to know they are very well aware and are trying to help through it all. I wont say anything else but wanted you to know 👍
