im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Sorry that's right you look after your siblings while mum is at work.

I can relate to how your feeling because my mum also has a daughter from another partner she is 13 and her upbringing is like black and white to mine and I'm always the one that has to be there for everyone doing everything for her and her family but when it comes to me it's like I'm a piece of shit that gets left in the gutter all the time.
so I can relate but unfortunately have no advice because if I did I would use it in my situation too. It's like my MH is non existent to her. She will ask me how I'm going but only because that is what she should be asking as a mother. When I start to talk about it she changes the subject and she plays on her phone so I am not even being heard. Zero compassion, zero comfort, zero support.
