Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

had another review with the dr today and have to book some scans in as the infection isnt clearing much so they need to check some things out.
i have been working but im not feeling to well and sleeping or lounging around more then usual. the pains a little less at times so hoping it continues to improve.

Gald you saw the doctor today. Hopefully they can get the infection under control soon.

Must be so tiring just trying to get through each day.

hopefully in the next few days it clears up. started a new combination medication today to see if that helps more then back on tuesday for another review.
have my first home inspection coming up next week too. it doesnt feel like ive been here nearly 6 months already.
i cant really afford it but im going to get a support worker to give me a hand cleaning up abit. its not messy but just need the deeper cleaning like the windowsills, windows and some dusting
