Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

its nearly over thankfully @tyme
an hour and abit to go but its going so slowly. would be nice if i finished at 9 instead.
have an early start tomorrow instead of staying in bed but ill probably go to work and then go back to bed till i see my psych in the afternoon.

Had my first shift with the new job today which went well and just working again now for tonight. looking forward to getting some rest tomorrow though

its pretty lonley in my world right now.
the only people i speak to are paid people and thats a struggle right now.
i speak to clients where needed but even that feels like its worth nothing.
i dont even know what to say but i guess just someone to talk to
