Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

no, not a lot of sleep at all. only around 3 hours but was broken sleep. Feeling abit all over the place and emotional this morning. made even worse by not even being able to finish my tea and biscuit

Sorry to hear about the lack of sleep @outlander . No wonder you are feeling all over the place. Am hoping you get those emails you are waiting on today.

thanks @NatureLover it would be good to hear back today, i checked about 10am but no responses. ill check abit later today, hopefully ill hear back by then.

i like leaving things around for forum friends, i know everyones having a tough time so if it helps and gives someone a smile then that makes me happy too

Thanks @Lee82 it is abit of good news but the gp still wants me to see a specialist and go from there.
i don't think theres much to talk about, just over feeling like rubbish/in pain
