Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

everything is just alot right now. i keep having moments of panic and have panic attacks but currently my physical and mental health is so bad that m breathing isnt good-ive been checked out for that theres in infection etc its just how many body is responding to stress and pain currently.

i also have a surgical procedure tomorrow as well which is makeing me quite nervous

this is additonal procedure @Shaz51 only found out today and getting it done tomorrow. the drs will need to remove things when i get there for the other treatment which is coming up very very soon

Aww hun that's a lot for your body to be going through @outlander, I'm not surprised you're feeling so off! Could you do something to help soothe you physically, like some gentle stretches or something?

ive been watching movies @Jynx but i dont really feel like it now. i have the procedure tomorrow, work tomorrow night, work wednesday-sunday and then i leave for medical treatment for 2 weeks so this week is going quickly plus a house inspection that never happened today and meetings across the week too for work and hospital and nursing homes. its just tiring plus family drama as well it all adds up plus being sick or in pain constantly is taking its toll.
