Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

i did school run and pickup but the family is home from holidays so im not on babysitting duty or dog duty now.
so im home. worked for about 3 hours, have been to the doctors, pops physio and now just watching a movie @Snowie

how was your appointment

Psych appt. was hard. Touched on a memory I don't want to remember.

im still working alot but im glad that i can do stuff from home @Snowie

im sorry your appt was hard, i understand the unwanted memories. i have started some trauma work too. its never overly nice is it

That is good @outlander saves time on the commute too.

Trauma work is hard. I don't think I'm dealing with it well.

@Snowie we are in the middle of setting up a new office and combined health clinic so our 2 services will combine into one place so itll be alot easier for myself and my boss as well as many patients and clients can come to the office rather then us running around the country side some days
