Something’s not right

not coping

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Oh I see, it might be good to try get out of the house and go for dinner with them, even though I know small talk is not great @Snowie

That's really good that you wrote it in your journal to show your psych. I am glad you are safe but please make sure you contact someone if you need the extra support right now. Is there something you could watch at the moment?

@amber22 Watching the big bang theory at the moment. Helps me distract myself.

I know I can reach out if I need to. I just get so discouraged by the fight I have within myself. That internal struggle sucks.

It's my favourite show @amber22 Always watching it. Was so upset when they finished filming it.

There is a big part of me that wants to give up, yet there is a small part that wants to fight. Trying to focus on that part.

they really shouldve made more seasons of BBT @Snowie @amber22 i wouldve loved to see the kids and stuff and have the story line continued through them also growing up too

im sure lots of us would @amber22 it was a good series. theres been a few series like that though where they shouldve continued them! i suppose they can keep them running for ever. the big bang theory i think went for 13 years? @Snowie

at least ive found other series to watch for now

Oh wow that's ages! I didn't realise it went on for so long. I also loved watching Friends, I would have watched that for years after they stopped producing it @outlander @Snowie

What show are you watching now? I need some inspiration!

@amber22 I watch Friends too, it is a good show.

I watched the series The Queens Gambit awhile ago. That was really good. Also a series called The Designated Survivor. They are both on Netflix however.

@outlander it's a shame that they ended the series but I guess all good things com to an end.

I love Friends, I watch it over and over again! There's a show on Netflix called SuperStore that's pretty funny and has quite a few seasons
