Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Hi @outlander , just caught up on your news now, am not around in the evenings /nights. I'm sorry you had another panic attack yesterday. And caring for your pop sounds very difficult. How are you feeling this morning? Were you able to get some good sleep last night?

Sans kept me company for quite a while so im thankful for that. 🌷💜

Most of the night involved tossing and turning to find a comfy position but never seemed to last long 😖

Its ok im not sleeping much anyway @Lee82 bit of a vicious cycle of trying to get into a position i can manage with the discomfort im constantly in but not beinvg able to so i roll around and make it worse. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Have you tried sitting up in bed like putting a few pillows behind you and trying to find comfort in that position. I'm sure you probably have tried everything but it's just a suggestion.
