Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

i dont know @fluffylight ive never had a real feeling of home but i know where i am right now is not home. i should want to go back home and feel at peace being there but for me its the last place. sometimes ive even wanted to stay in my car because i didnt want to go home

i dont have my own space @fluffylight
its only visitors are there to see pop
its full of pops things and everything relates to him and my nan when she was alive. everyone calls it pops house. the room i stay in often gets intruded upon. the house was invaded by the ever popular aunt that everyone thought was the best but is very narcasisitc. her leaving i thought wouldve improve the feeling more to a home but it didnt. people use the house to also store their own stuff

Oh.. I am going through something similar living with my family and being a carer for my siblings. Its hard to be well when there is no space to be well

I understand so much on not having your own space and what that can do to ones mental health.. @outlander

I'm sorry to hear things haven't improved in your house.. sending so many hugs

Where do you find time to yourself?

i dont find time for myself @fluffylight i dont want to find time for myself i want to work and have independence and freedom.
cant find a support worker either not that i can afford it anyway. tried three but not good matches.
