Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

i hope so too @Snowie they did say it might take a couple of weeks to adapt to it properly.

oh dear thats not good. your brain is not giving you much of a break lately is it! its not being very fair.

i dont finish till 1130/midnight tonight @tyme nightshift called in and the next person to replace them couldnt start till 1130ish so im here till then

@outlander I guess it takes time for our body to get used to the new meds. Hopefully it works out for the best in the long run.

can you reach out to your psychologist? maybe see if she can get you into an extra appointment for more support for now? or your gp or pdoc? @Snowie

I emailed my pdoc today. Haven't heard back. Meant to see my psych next Tuesday @outlander

Sorry to hear @Snowie . Sounds like your energy has been drained from you. I remember feeling that way in the past. It was a very disappointing place for me. I had so much to do but so little energy to do it. I felt I was a failure.

I'm trying to think of how that changed. I don't really even know. Maybe I just scheduled in appointment after appointment and made myself get used to getting out.
