Re: not coping

You have to put yourself first @outlander Work will still be there when you are better.

I am glad to hear that you are resting a lot.

Re: not coping

Yeah I know @Snowie I’m almost out of sick leave now though.

I’m so tired of an arvo though. But if I doze or nap I feel quite disoriented. It’s a very weird feeling

How is your Bearded Dragon going?

Re: not coping

He’s going good @Snowie he’s sleeping a lot and not eating much though so I’ll keep an eye on him. I might get his breeder to come and have a look and see if I’m missing something or can pick up why he doesn’t seem to interested

Re: not coping

Sounds like you have got a little buddy there @outlander

I hope he is ok. What do they eat anyway?

Re: not coping

Yeah he’s really chilled out so usually comes out for cuddles. His favourite spot is sitting up on my shoulder @Snowie so he sits there while I watch a movie

He likes meal worms, bok Choy, strawberries and apples so far. They can eat watermelon, sweet potato and squash as well as crickets and cockroaches too but I haven’t tried him on those and I’m not a fan of creepy crawly things lol

Re: not coping

Thats so cool that he sits on your shoulder @outlander !

He must be comfortable with you.

That is a wide range of food that they eat. I am no good either with creepy crawlies.

Will have to say goodnight hon. Almost falling asleep on the couch.

Has been nice talking to you tonight. I hope you get some sleep and you feel a little better tomorrow.

Take care hon 💗💗

Re: not coping

He would pretty much be happy to sit with me all day if I let him @Snowie he’s quiet and chilled out.
He even has a little bath once or twice a week to keep his skin hydrated.

I’m still learning a lot on how to care for them. I’d like to get a baby or two down the track and raise them into adults but this one is easy to learn with so I’ll stick with him for now!

Good night, I hope you sleep well 🦎🌼
