Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

@outlander wishing I was on last night to speak to you hon. I miss you too and think about you daily.

I hope the pain subsided a bit and you were able to split your shift with someone else.

@Sans911 miss you too hon and always looking out for you. I hope your wounds clear up soon. That seems to have been a long process for you. Sorry also to hear about the job.

I miss you both dearly but struggle to be on here at night. I am normally exhausted by about 8 and just find I need a break mentally from everything.

My physio appointment was ok @outlander and he was pleased with my progress. It’s slow but it’s happening.
