Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Struggling a bit @outlander

Saw my psych on Tuesday and talked to her about a few things. She gave me some homework to do so been trying to do that, without much success. Will keep trying.

Will be in bed very soon. My nights haven't been the best so very tired.

i know even the simplest tasks can be really hard to do though.

I think @Paperdaisy meant the brand new Sane Peer Support Service, not the helpline, @outlander ...it's a different thing altogether.

Thanks @NatureLover I did mean the peer support drop in service rather than the helpline @outlander I'm not sure why it wouldn't be online, it's open 10am-10pm, but I'll look into that. 💖

@paperpdaisy the helpline is hardly ever online, i took it due to popularity

Our SANE counselling service is now called the drop-in service. The number is the same 1800 187 273.

If it say the webchat is not available, it means they are speaking to someone else. I have just checked, and it looks like it is currently available if you are interested.
