Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

I had the ct scan done earlier on but haven't really been home till now cause ive been babysitting.
the technician was nice and helped me through it. the scan itself wasn't too bad and wasn't as scary as I had thought.
they did have trouble getting the canula in though and took 2 goes with one technician and then she ended up calling a second one in to try and get another go in. the 4th go they finally got one and agreed I have shite veins to say the least.
ill make an appointment with my gp for Friday but ill go into the clinic cause online only has phone bookings and I don't want that atm.

im feeling really unwell tonight though. I cant stomach anything so decided to just make a soup instead at least theres abit of nutrition in it. feels like im going to throw it up though cause of the nausea. its a lot worse since I had to drink so much of the barium stuff. (2 bottles worth)
I don't think pain relief will work for nausea but it would be nice it it would kindly bugger off!
