Feel like giving up even community mental health team refusing to help me

I am lost apparently community mental health team will not help me in anyway (even though they said they would when I had meeting with them when they conducted an assessmemt) according to my nurse who I can barely see for 15mins per month also all my supports are ignoring my emails begging for support or ideas as not even read reciepts when I told them what happened last week.

I can't afford a Private psychiatrist due to bulk billing ones refusing as soon as I mention I have autism or ASD

Hi @sjpersonal.
Iv had problems with MH team and having a problem with them now. They discharge me because it was being to difficult....that was a few months ago.

I couldnt afford private
So of course im back with them. I see them tuesday amd they had already been rude on the phone and telling i have to do things there way and all that bullsh*t. The MH nurse are horrible and the psychiatrist are thw same. I let ýou know how it goes tuesday. I already k ow it will turn þo sh*t

Hi @sjpersonal,

I am so sorry to hear how much you are struggling to get support. It isn't fair and it makes me angry that the system makes things so much harder than they need to be. As I said in a previous post, here in Forum Land is the only place where I feel supported. Like you, the mental health system doesn't want to know me, and to be honest, after many traumatizing experiences, I don't want to know them either. I so very badly wish I had an answer for you, but I'm afraid I simply don't.
