Coming to terms with reality

Coming to terms with reality

Hi Readers, i am suffering from "mental health issues" and it is an ongoing, daily battle. I am pretty much constantly wrestling with the thoughts going on in my mind. And my psychical life seems too be suffering for it. (There is a huge difference between physical and mental ) something is definitely not right! So each day I'm waking up and going about my routine. And over the last few days, weeks and months. I have been noticing changes in my mentality toward myself, others and life. And some questions such as, what is my life about? And what should my objectives be? Have arisen... of course like we all are, I'm subject too making decisions... and there has been the same options in front of me time and time again for months on end. And it becomes rather draining and mundane. And i feel myself going around in circles like something simple just ain't connecting.

I enjoy writing, art, music. And peace of mind... walking, reading, meditation. Taking care of myself. Socialising. Etcetera. Getting ahead, getting in front. Planning, dreaming and so on. And do my best to look after myself. While accepting that it can only ever be so much.

But there just something not quite right. And I'm suffering for it on a daily basis. And I'm tired and fed up with going through the same stuff everyday. And in all honesty. Alot of my suffering comes from prospective and thought processes.

Does anyone wanna talk with me about some things that might help? In particular dealing with people no matter who they are. Can be very stressful and cause lots of procrastinating about pros and cons. In particularly people who i think about reaching out to for support. Because of dilemmas dramas and social dynamics. And picking up on things that "aint really happening" "gut feelings type of stuff " "intuition" that type of thing. And enjoying time with people is great! I just tend to be overly preoccupied with symptoms to be worried about socialising sometimes "Symptoms which involves others"

Hey eude @eudemonism
How often donyou wake during the night? Is it happening regularly?
I know waht you mean though in regards to neding a kick in the morning. My meds make me sleep longer so i need a good coffee in the morning. In fact i am drinking one right now while typing lol.
In terms of getting through the day, i find that prioritising tasks is the best way to ensure i can get things done. Even if the bare necessities are the only things i can get through.

Re: Sharing the wisdom within

Good Morning Eude, I hope you can manage to have some happiness in your day. I am very unwell myself atm, very overwhelmed with my own health problems, & family lack of care, or understanding, & help. Please excuse me if I sometimes have a lack of understanding, concerning the meaning of where you/people, are coming from when you/they, try to explain how or what you are concerned about.

My head is so full of a lot of abusive frightening memories, that happened, & are still happening to me, personaly at times. I get all protective, of myself, & others, when I misunderstand, & feel aggression, from others, I take it personal, sometimes .

You know that I care, & love you, & would so much like to have some social time, just playing with our Fur Families, & having that lunch with the, Dim Sims, & Chips, & you, that you once offered to me, yes I still remember that. I thought that it would be wonderful, I seriously did.

I never get to go have lunch with anyone, ever, no exaggerating. I am trying to make the changes that I need, to go have a life outside this house. It's a luxury to me, believe it or not. Most people do not realize how blessed they really are, compaired to how I live!

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for your understanding, & your friendship,ok!

Love & Hugs!

Bella XO @eudemonism

Re: Sharing the wisdom within

@Zoe7no worries. Not really feeling like a walk along the beech. Feels bit fatigued and exhausted actually. Dam medication side effects. As solo said priorities. Plus I'm just not motivated for the beech right not.

@MDT it's changed over the years... it's better now then it used to be... but still a problem... it's a hit and miss to be honest with you, usually i wake 2 or 3 times... and it happens quite often...
