Coming to terms with reality

Coming to terms with reality

Hi Readers, i am suffering from "mental health issues" and it is an ongoing, daily battle. I am pretty much constantly wrestling with the thoughts going on in my mind. And my psychical life seems too be suffering for it. (There is a huge difference between physical and mental ) something is definitely not right! So each day I'm waking up and going about my routine. And over the last few days, weeks and months. I have been noticing changes in my mentality toward myself, others and life. And some questions such as, what is my life about? And what should my objectives be? Have arisen... of course like we all are, I'm subject too making decisions... and there has been the same options in front of me time and time again for months on end. And it becomes rather draining and mundane. And i feel myself going around in circles like something simple just ain't connecting.

I enjoy writing, art, music. And peace of mind... walking, reading, meditation. Taking care of myself. Socialising. Etcetera. Getting ahead, getting in front. Planning, dreaming and so on. And do my best to look after myself. While accepting that it can only ever be so much.

But there just something not quite right. And I'm suffering for it on a daily basis. And I'm tired and fed up with going through the same stuff everyday. And in all honesty. Alot of my suffering comes from prospective and thought processes.

Does anyone wanna talk with me about some things that might help? In particular dealing with people no matter who they are. Can be very stressful and cause lots of procrastinating about pros and cons. In particularly people who i think about reaching out to for support. Because of dilemmas dramas and social dynamics. And picking up on things that "aint really happening" "gut feelings type of stuff " "intuition" that type of thing. And enjoying time with people is great! I just tend to be overly preoccupied with symptoms to be worried about socialising sometimes "Symptoms which involves others"

@Sophia1 @eudemonism

This is a Qigong which works with getting grounded in the legs. NOthing is an instant fix .. but over time this could help with restless legs.

Why don't you have a garden? @Faith-and-Hope ??? Don't you have a backyard?
My garden is doing what it's suppose to, I'm the only one who really gets to appreciate it... it's a shame really...

My (our @Faith-and-Hope) backyard was a jungle when I moved in @eudemonism - don't think there had been anything done to it for years - just left to be overgrown. It certainly is a lot different now - and there is some colour in there that makes it even nicer to be in. I have done more work on the outside of my place than the inside - will definitely help when I can get my school stuff moved - then I can organise things a bit better and be able to paint the inside.

@Sophia1 sometimes i wonder who is in charge of the weather? It builds up to a really good day, and then gets dark and gloomy and windy... always changing i suppose. -my life and my mood *WHEN off medication is definitely influenced by the weather; but medication overrides that.. weather is like my natural medicine...

Re: Sharing the wisdom within

I had to leave my garden behind in the west @eudemonism ..... here in the east I am living in a unit. No garden. Not even a balcony. @Zoe7 is sharing news and pictures of her garden with me, and planting things that I have had to leave behind. I have a virtual garden now .... 😏

I've really lost contact with everything i enjoyed doing-in times gone by... -I've noticed there's not much enjoyment in my life at all-really... it's all based around getting a chemical fix-to be honest with YOU...

MY SMOKING is a huge financial burden... -i ain't worried about the health problems is causes-i am simply concerned about financial problems it causes...

My pot use has dropped off since dealing with my alcohol use-if i drank to much I would always be at risk of using pot...

I was dealing with huge resentment today and yesterday as a direct result of this psychiatrist appointment.
