Hi Readers, i am suffering from "mental health issues" and it is an ongoing, daily battle. I am pretty much constantly wrestling with the thoughts going on in my mind. And my psychical life seems too be suffering for it. (There is a huge difference between physical and mental ) something is definitely not right! So each day I'm waking up and going about my routine. And over the last few days, weeks and months. I have been noticing changes in my mentality toward myself, others and life. And some questions such as, what is my life about? And what should my objectives be? Have arisen... of course like we all are, I'm subject too making decisions... and there has been the same options in front of me time and time again for months on end. And it becomes rather draining and mundane. And i feel myself going around in circles like something simple just ain't connecting.
I enjoy writing, art, music. And peace of mind... walking, reading, meditation. Taking care of myself. Socialising. Etcetera. Getting ahead, getting in front. Planning, dreaming and so on. And do my best to look after myself. While accepting that it can only ever be so much.
But there just something not quite right. And I'm suffering for it on a daily basis. And I'm tired and fed up with going through the same stuff everyday. And in all honesty. Alot of my suffering comes from prospective and thought processes.
Does anyone wanna talk with me about some things that might help? In particular dealing with people no matter who they are. Can be very stressful and cause lots of procrastinating about pros and cons. In particularly people who i think about reaching out to for support. Because of dilemmas dramas and social dynamics. And picking up on things that "aint really happening" "gut feelings type of stuff " "intuition" that type of thing. And enjoying time with people is great! I just tend to be overly preoccupied with symptoms to be worried about socialising sometimes "Symptoms which involves others"
@eudemonism I always thought being a man would be tough I have two sons and a daughter. Re: Sharing the wisdom within
Yea @Bunniekins it's probably equally tough to be a woman as it is a man. However I've noticed in some 'well functioning relationships ' the man works and brings the money in, and the woman does all the family and household stuff. And both pull together and help each other if needed. So if a man is unable to work and bring money in (which is tough going in this world) no proper relationship ever has the chance t9 form for the individual. Sad really? I've probably also got additional and prior problems on top of the mi...

@eudemonism Yeah it is tough Eude. I dunno what to say except life can suck sometimes but in saying that I always try and look on the bright side like my animals, nature, my family etc. those sorts of things when I am feeling less than perfect in this world where the expectations are high on so many.
I heard a frog in my front couryard yesterday and I nearly flipped 😄 I love frogs. Something simple like that can change your whole day's outlook.

Yea @Bunniekins I'm slowing everything down, and getting quality rather then quantity out of life... enjoying it for what it is and not what it isn't 😊 enjoying peace, quiet and tranquility. Enjoying my own company, my own space and what I've got. Over the past 13 years life has been very misconstrued and chaotic. Apart of me wants it all now, so I've got to remind myself, life is a journey and work in progress.

Re: Sharing the wisdom within
@eudemonism So true Eude, so true. I am avoiding places which reve me up like gyms with their music and harsh lighting and sticking to gentle exercises at home where I can do exercises at my own pace that sort of thing works better for me now.
Staying away from shopping centres when they are full of people. Only going early in the morning or getting home delivery services because I just cannot cope with the stimulus anymore.

Re: Sharing the wisdom within
@Bunniekins definitely going to be working on getting what i would like out of each moment, and each day, rather then what others would like, or what God would like. Definitely also going to be working on self esteem, confidence, independence, motivation, freedom, liberation, peace of mind, selflove, self care and joy for myself.

@eudemonism That sounds great Eude 😄 All of those affirmations sound the right way to go. Ditch the negetivity and hang onto the good parts.

Hey @eudemonism Just caught up on your thread. Good to see you get social on here. And all kudos to you for not getting lead astray by @Zoe7 with her wicked choc donuts.
Hi @Bunniekins That is a good point about gymns and the pool. I made myself go to both for years, but now that you mention it there is that hyped aspect. I am starting to do youtubes on Qi Gong. Softer gentler, free-ish and dont have to go out the front door.
Eude, You still can move house if you feel it is the best thing to do.
