struggling tonight
I have been going really well for a long time.
But I'm really struggling tonight and I don't know what to do

@Ali585 I can definitely understand how two weeks can seem like forever when you are struggling so much. I can hear how hopeless everything seems right now, but it sounds like your psychiatrist might be able to help get things back on track.
I'm guessing you are already well aware of the options of calling lifeline or the suicide callback service? I know some people find speaking to someone on the helplines beneficial.

@Ali585 It is understandable that you would be scared seeing a doctor you don't know if you've had bad experiences in the past. Again, I know that two weeks can seem like forever away, but it will go by. I hope you are able to feel supported here in Forum Land. There is always someone to talk to around here. I think at the moment a few forumites, including @outlander seem to be hanging out on the "anyone feel like chatting?" thread.
I need to head off for the night very soon @Ali585. Are you safe tonight?

Hi @Ali585, I'm really sorry to hear how much you're struggling. You did really well putting your message out onto the forum to seek support from the other members.
I agree with @outlander and @Phoenix_Rising, perhaps it's a good time to access one of the support services they mentioned.
If you are feeling that you might be unsafe tonight, it's really important that you contact one of the crisis support numbers. I'll put them in this post as a reminder. Maybe these might be able to keep you safe enough tonight until you could consider contacting your doctor or psychiatrist in the morning?
Here are those numbers:
Lifeline 13 11 14, they also have a crisis chat support if you don't want to talk on the phone and you can access that here.
Suicide Call Back Service 1300 659 467 or online chat here.
Beyondblue 1300 78 99 78 or online chat here.
