It's okay, @Bubbles3. I find it hard to come up with things to distract myself on days like today too. So it's not easy to think of what might distract someone else. Best I can do probably is just chat normally in between housework jobs. C is a man. We were partners once but our relationship changed into what it is now, which is very good even if not the usual. He's not always emotionally the best with my MH, but he has issues of his own with that, undiagnosed. On the other hand, he is a good carer to me in practical ways. I'm grateful overall.
