@Former-Member, I am a chronic insomniac. In fact I lived for a very long time awake from dusk until dawn only. These days I mainly just wake up a lot in the night and often have trouble falling back asleep.

Do you want to talk about the thoughts troubling you?

Thanks @Mazarita but no. I have been using my coping strategies most of the night to stop myself. Would be like opening up pandora’s Box😐

That must be hard, awake all night for so long. I have sleeping meds but don’t work great.
