@outlander my boyfriend is on call so we are having a quiet night in. I am staying with him till new years day then I restart my outpatient programs

I have another post where I am tracking my goals which is keeping me positive focussed.

@outlander in saying that I can feel the atmosphere of meh about me.

Boyfriend is sleeping after being called into work. Meanwhile I'm trying not to slip into body self loathing
