its really unfortunate when we get triggerred by other members. it can be very upsetting but things have settled again now so you can relax. we tend to drfit away from those who trigger us and thats ok. im sorry.. you talked by phone? im not sure i understand that part? @Former-Member

It is a bit of a worry really if people are communicating off the boards via phone. I am just wondering how they got their details through to each other, as I am sure that would be something mods jump on.

Sorry I had to go off line for a while. I did not realise you were talking to me. Its all resolved now. I am in control of the situation if I keep rehashing it I will get triggered again.
It was a FB thing ok.
Just be carful when making friends on any web site because ppl are not always what they seem until you speak face to face or via phone I learnt that the hard way. I have been so badly sexually abused that I got PTSD from it all in my past. I am far too trusting & loving & I get hurt from negative bad people from it. I have to be more guarded & I am working on it believe me ok.
Now all calm down Sane Forum is safe & no body will get hurt in here or I would never have come back think about it plz?
It very hard to type emotions & body language on a screen.
I was pointing out why the start of this overload happened.

yep im always careful who i talk to and what i say esp on fb. i deleted my account from there becasue i couldnt handle any media to start with. Bella! were you SA recently!? or do you mean from your past and it was brought back up?

its hard when it comes to trusting people. some 'lure' you in with their kindess and they arent kind at all
