@Ant7, @Bettinae21, I think I'll log off too now. I have a big day tomorrow and really need to lie down very soon. Thank you for the chat, ant. If you have an android mobile (not sure about apple), there is also spider solitaire. I play that a fair bit when I am alone and struggling with my downer thoughts. I find that it helps to just have something to focus the mind on instead of myself and my immediate concerns. It's probably like that with sidoku, I imagine, though I've never done them. Night!

Hi @Bettinae21, no worries at all. I think most people understand people just disappearing from chat, especially at night. Many of us have done the 'face plant', as @Faith-and-Hope describes it, and we fall asleep at the keyboard, lol. I've had about 3 hours sleep. I'm chatting in another thread at the moment but hope your day improves and you at least get some okay moments.

@Former-Memberif i didnt want to talk, i wouldnt have offerred. i know how it feels to bury everything so deep it hurts. what are you sorry for? you havent done anything wrong. so not accepting an apology for nothing. you are a winner, and you will get through it but you dont have to do it alone. you have the entire forums here behind you as a support crew. please do continue to talk, its not doing me any harm
