Hey @Catcakes, @Former-Member means there is an online chat or telephone service available to chat to staff away from the forum if you need. I'm on my laptop and helpline chat is on the top right hand corner of the screen. Could be different for phones though... SANE's telephone number is 1800 18 7263.
