@Bunniekins - that all sounds really frustrating 😞 The world would be so much easier if people better understood each other. It's understandable that you'd be feeling pretty rubbish. I hope that you can be kind to you while you are though.

not much. the kids have gone to nans for the night so i have about 23 hours now to my self. yes unfortunately im counting down the hours.

@Bubbles3 well not according to my psychiatrist and the problem is it sends you crazy it really does. Like right now I have it bubbling away just under control .... @Former-Member is right it is just terrible. It like having the devil on one shoulder going 'take the path that rocks!'.

It seems that I have no choice but be a zombie on medications because it is just so disruptive otherwise even on medications it is there like water flowing underneath.

@CheerBear yes well I really like these forums I cannot lie. They are very therapeautic I just thought I could do without them but obviously not ... I am just not well enough to and that is kind of depressing knowing that you need mental health forums to get by 😞
