@CheerBear@Bubbles3 well I am feeling pretty ancy to be honest ... I thought I am well enough to go it alone into the wilderness just me alone and all I need is one pull and I am back on the forums feeling sorry for myself because of my Bipolar.

It is so misunderstood as my psychiatrist says people just don't understand Bipolar becuse there are so few people with it compared to people with other forms of MI it just doesn't get the publicity and when it does it is really bad ... *sigh* .

So I am feeling really sorry for myself today which is not like me at all but I am so there you have it. I am going to bathe in my self pity.

i thought there was lots of people with bipolar.i also thought BPD was rare but the more people i talk to...... alot of people have BPD
