movies, cleaning, work and study for me @TAB running on reserves after no sleep last night. i have high anxiety too so need to keep busy. got an upcoming surgury and tests on tuesday so its pretty nervewracking

hope your anxiety eases for you

gtg off to study now. finished the house work (check)

nah no sleep for me, i have to keep busy otherwise i start to get even more panicked and overwhelmed so must keep bsuy and breathing throught he days until tuesday. @TAB hopefully time will settle yours too, relax watch some fo your fave movies 🙂
