sending you hugs my friend , look at my picture , a bright colourful parrot -- but i am 53 , I have aches and pains , lots of physical conditions and with a Husband who has MI , which no one wants to help so he won`t go and get help , the help that people want to give him , he doesn`t want -- hope this makes sense

so sending you knowing hugs , I know what depression is like ,

I'm glad you are older Shaz51,makes me feel good about something for a change lol!.45 got two,used to have more . Understand your husband,feel the same went to a doctor yesterday,and defended myself,been through it and it is unfortunately a lot to desired.The doctor thinks my problems will be helped by shoving a happy pill down my throat,been there,it won't.
