Yeah I don't think we get a choice in taking a breath, sort of comes naturally. I sometimes hold my breath, it always starts again though

@Former-Member,my mother lost a baby boy at six months into the pregnancy I was the last third girl born.Often think if he survived I wouldn't had been here.Always had a shit time throughout my life,which makes me feel I was never meant to be.Hate self pity but it's like when you had to write a essay,always a conclusion.🌸
