Well I had a bath and a nap so sorta hearing that @Former-Member Are you okay? Sometimes I like to sleep a lot. I haven't been sleeping well til last couple days

@TAB hanging in there 😕 sleeping sort of let's me forget about stuff. I take meds so I can sleep all day & night

Well so long as you are ok with that I used to sleep a lot when on medication for depression @Former-Member

I just don't want to be awake. I get bad thoughts when awake and too much anger. I like sleeping with meds, it's weird sleep but nice because I just do normal things and don't have flashbacks and bad dreams. But supposed to tey find work, so not good @TAB

Well at least its nice sleep then @Former-Member yeah hearing stories of people all of a sudden being expected to work Its so bizarre. Maybe go to a doctor and re explain your circumstances?

I know exactly how you feel right now
I've been feeling like this all day and weekend in fact
it definitely sucks and there moments where we lose all hope and feel like no one cares... sometimes words aren't enough..

I too am in my darkness alone,lost hope, feel like I need to end it due to the inability to cope,to survive,to be strong to put up with the everyday crap that you get everyday.And the way this feelings can come on you out of nowhere is frightening!
