my dad passed away 10 years ago now , i did feel bad for a while on how i felt about him , I had mixed feelings when he passed away

But I am ok now , getting on with life

ive been using them @MDT i jsut cant seem to shake the stupid thing and its really bothering me. ive tried sitting with it to but i cant do it
