Well just did bath well becoming ritual bubbly smelly stuff candles epsom salts beyond relaxing was dozing .. so glad I have a bath after 20yrs without one ..

I ran the other day 😂🏃 I can still actually run. 😀 Was walking in the bush/botanical gardens the other day, on my own. I never walk alone 😮 Well, not often, I mean. Felt creepy, like someone was there. Ran and ran 😂 Didn't realize I'd gone so far. Was really knocked out the next day or so. 😂

No i dont think its that @soul A massive wave of panic and dread has just hit me after hearing something. And now i think theres something really wrong And its suffocating me
