Not much @outlander,was going for a walk ,it wasn't raining much that stage,got my coat and gloves out but my depression got the best of me and hopelessness so I went to bed and read had a sleep,then cooked tea for mother and I ,made a big ****** mess then cleaned up.The psychologist sounds good ,she seems to have her own way of doing things which means she cares about her duty of care which is a rarity.

im ok @Shaz51 tired and drained but alive

The only good thing is I cook for two nights,fridge was full of gets that needed to be used,brought too many last week,it's the cleaning up that is the worse @outlander.
