have a good day @embers i get what you mean about it being daunting! ive been here for a few months now and found the same thing. what i did find betetr was to be 'invited' to other threads rather than feeling like an intruder 🙂

I might also start jumping on some other forums and having a look. These ones seem more free lol. Other ones I have been on don't let you speak about as much as you want. Sometimes they even prevent you posting stuff they deem not suitable.....

But i find these forums are harder to navigate. But like all things, practice makes perfect i suppose lol

@MDT yeah sure take a look around

we are on the LE side of things you can jsut take a look under whatever theme e.g somethings not right or looking after our wellbeing and see where you think you can add something to there.

theses forums here also prevent you from saying some things like locations and real names and things like that but heres pretty good. if it doesnt meet the guidlines the moderators will send you an email asking you to change the part that doesnt follow the guidelines.

Hey @Bimby2 @Shaz51 and @outlander, I spent most of the day pottering around on the internet. I emailed the college I want to go to next year to see if I can do my course part-time. I'll likely hear back Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. I don't think I could study full-time, as I get stressed out and relapse with too full a study load. I also began packing for respite. So far I've packed my personal portable DVD player and some DVDs. I've also packed a few sweet treats (like Nutella and Milo) to make the stay a bit less daunting. I'll be taking my laptop too but unsure of the internet available there so might not get a chance to come onto the forums.

How is everyone else?
